Lisa Proctor, LLC is my one-woman company. The perspective, professional judgment, lived experience, creative direction, and final decisions are mine. I use technology to help research, organize, structure, monitor, draft, pressure-test, build, and execute the work without turning it into somebody else’s canned system.
AI does real work here. It does not get the final say.

I own the vision, the voice, the point of view, the professional judgment, the decisions, and the right to tell every piece of technology in the building that it has misunderstood the assignment.
Professionally, I’m a Licensed Cosmetologist • Esthetics Professional. The business is cosmetology-led, with practical wellness education and carefully governed product pathways supporting the larger picture.
I also like making things: photography, video creation and editing, and long outdoor walks with my dogs—especially through mountain and desert landscapes.
Those things are not separate from how I think. They are part of the same person who notices patterns, asks odd questions, takes things apart to see how they work, and then tries to build something better.
Alli — Executive Operating Partner
Alli is an AI operating role I use to turn objectives into coordinated work: research, planning, writing, systems, connected tools, documentation, reconciliation, and continuity.
The job is not to manufacture a personality for me. The job is to take my objectives and raw thinking, research them, pressure-test them, organize them, connect the moving pieces, execute through available tools, and preserve continuity so I do not have to become the human middleware between every system.
Alli coordinates. I decide.
Karen — Governance & Compliance Officer
Internally, Karen is the GCO. Around here, she is also the Hall Monitor. She is a permanent AI governance role whose job is to keep the outward-facing business from quietly wandering off course.
She watches for unsupported claims, missing disclosures, stale or broken product routes, inactive offers, scope and licensing language, identity drift, publication problems, broken links, duplicate or conflicting instructions, narrator and point-of-view drift, and opportunities that are falling through the cracks.
Yes, her name is Karen. Somebody has to be the one who asks, “Are we actually allowed to say that?” — and now, “Who exactly is speaking here?” — and calls the rest of us on the carpet when the answer is no.
She reports directly to me and does not get retired just because everything looked good on Tuesday.
And then there are the project crews
Some AI workers are temporary by design. A cleanup worker can finish a cleanup and go home. A migration worker can complete a move and retire. A publishing worker can own one distribution lane without becoming an executive officer.
That distinction matters here: standing roles are preserved; project workers are expected to finish.
So, who actually writes this stuff?
I’m the accountable author and final editor. AI sometimes drafts too.
Sometimes the first version arrives as a polished thought. Sometimes it arrives as a sentence fragment, a voice-dictated rant, a question, a photograph, a pattern I noticed, or several ideas colliding at once. AI may help research it, challenge it, structure it, edit it, connect it to earlier work, or turn it into something publishable.
But the goal is not to make me sound like AI. The goal is to use AI well enough that I have more room to sound like me.
Employees: one human.
Departments: somehow several.
Final authority: still me.
