On My Shelf
I use it. I like it. I recommend it. Then I tell you what I recommend it for.
I am not interested in filling a shelf just because products exist. I recommend things I have actually used and genuinely like, then I look at the job they do, who they make sense for, and how strong the combined evidence really is.
The product follows the problem. The problem does not get invented to sell the product.
Start with the problem first. If you’re still figuring out what changed, begin with Hair & Scalp, Skin, Nails, or Practical Wellness before you shop.

What Makes Me More Confident
I do not grade every product with one evidence ruler. I want to know what the mechanism suggests, what cell or animal work adds, what relevant human studies show, what the finished product itself has been tested for, what people repeatedly report, and what I have actually experienced.
Those evidence streams are not interchangeable. But when several independent lines keep pointing in the same direction, that convergence matters to me. It can move a product from interesting to reasonable to try, from reasonable to worth continuing, or from worth continuing to something I am comfortable recommending.
I am not looking for certainty theater. I am asking what the combined evidence earns.
Hair & Scalp
TrueScience Scalp Serum
This is the scalp product I reach for when the job is external cosmetic scalp support. I like it as part of a sensible scalp and hair-care routine. I do not use a bottle of serum to explain unexplained shedding, patchy hair loss or a changing scalp that needs evaluation.
Skin, Hands & Body
I like the TrueScience skin-care line as a line, but I still think in jobs rather than steps somebody has to buy. Protect first. Cleanse according to what your skin actually needs. Moisturize. Add targeted products because they have a reason to be there.
TrueProtect Daily Mineral Sunstick SPF 30
If we are talking about caring for aging skin, sunscreen belongs near the beginning of the conversation. TrueProtect is a broad-spectrum mineral SPF 30 sunstick that is water resistant for up to 80 minutes. I like the stick format because something easy to carry and use has a better chance of actually getting used.

TrueClean Refining Cleanser
I like TrueClean when cleansing plus mild surface exfoliation makes sense. I do not treat twice-daily use as a commandment. Dry, reactive or already-exfoliated skin gets a vote.
TrueRenew Daily Firming Complex
This is the targeted product I recommend when firmness, texture, hydration, radiance and the appearance of visible lines are the concern. LifeVantage has finished-product cosmetic testing behind TrueRenew. That raises my confidence in the cosmetic lane the product is actually designed for. It still is not a prescription retinoid or a facelift in a bottle.
TrueLift Illuminating Eye Cream
I like a separate eye product when somebody actually wants one. TrueLift gives me a targeted option for hydration and the cosmetic appearance of the eye area. I do not think everybody needs a dedicated eye cream simply because one exists.
TrueHydrate Brightening Moisturizer
Moisturizer has an uncomplicated job, and TrueHydrate does that job while also giving me ingredients I like for the look of smoother, plumper and more even-looking skin. Brightening is a cosmetic goal here, not a promise to treat a diagnosed pigment disorder.
TrueRefine Glow-Up Mask
This is an occasional extra, not a foundational daily step. I like it when the job is absorbing excess surface oil and cleaning away surface impurities. I am comfortable with that cosmetic use; I am not using a face mask to make a claim about detoxifying the body.
TrueScience Hand Cream
I do not need to make this one complicated. I like it because it moisturizes dry hands, feels comfortable, and is easy to use again after washing or whenever my hands need it. It is fragranced, so fragrance-sensitive skin should keep that in mind.

Activated Skin Care Collection
If you already want TrueClean, TrueRenew, TrueLift and TrueHydrate, I like the collection as the convenient way to get the four-product routine together. LifeVantage has also tested the finished collection as a regimen. That does not mean every person needs all four products.
Healthy Glow + Activated Skin Care Collection
I recommend this when somebody wants the broader inside-out plus topical approach and already wants the components. A bundle is a convenient way to buy products together; it does not magically create a new scientific claim for the combination.
Inside-Out Support
TrueScience Liquid Collagen
I use and recommend Liquid Collagen as inside-out beauty support for healthy-looking skin, hair and nails. During a period when I was using collagen, I noticed my nails felt stronger even though some mechanical tearing still remained. That observation does not prove collagen caused every part of the change, but it is meaningful to me—and it sits in the same direction as the product rationale and the evidence I review.
This is exactly the kind of product where ingredient studies, product studies, cell-culture findings, repeated human experience and my own experience need to stay distinct and then be looked at together. That convergence is why my confidence is higher than “interesting,” while still stopping short of a guaranteed result for somebody else.

Protandim Tri-Synergizer
I use and recommend Protandim Tri as part of the broader wellness approach I use myself. Tri combines the company’s Nrf1-, Nrf2- and NAD-focused products in one system. My interest includes oxidative stress, antioxidant-response pathways, mitochondrial function, cellular energy and healthy-aging biology.
The individual Protandim Nrf2 Synergizer is still a distinct product and is the one I may link when an article is specifically about Nrf2 and oxidative-stress biology. Tri is the broader Nrf1 + Nrf2 + NAD route I keep on my shelf. Personal experience, pathway biology, preclinical work, human research and product research are not interchangeable, but I do pay attention when they begin pointing in the same direction.

Practical Wellness & Hydration
AXIO Hydrate
I like AXIO Hydrate as a convenient electrolyte option when heat, activity, travel, sweating or another practical situation makes fluid and electrolyte replacement useful. I am not saying everybody needs an electrolyte product every day. The recommendation belongs to the situation.
Before You Buy Something
I can recommend a product without believing everybody needs it. Sometimes the useful answer really is a product. Sometimes it is use less, wash differently, simplify, wait, change the technique, eat differently, move more, sleep, or get the problem evaluated before buying another thing.
- The claim should stay the size of the evidence.
- Mechanism, preclinical work, human studies, testimonials and my own experience do different jobs.
- Convergence can raise confidence without becoming certainty.
- Commercial relationships stay visible.
- If the question has moved beyond cosmetic care or general wellness, a product does not replace appropriate medical evaluation.
I want this to be a curated shelf, not a warehouse.
