Vitality Nexus Archive
Vitality Nexus was an earlier chapter of LisaProctor.online—a place where I gathered writing about food, skin, wellness, products and the questions I was exploring at the time.
I am preserving that chapter as history, not pretending it is the current front door of the business. My work today begins with the visible or practical thing a person is actually dealing with—hair, scalp, skin, beauty, routine friction or another change they can see or feel—and follows the question as far as the evidence and my professional scope reasonably support.
My current public identity is Licensed Cosmetologist • Esthetics Professional • Complementary & Alternative Wellness Practitioner / Educator. Those are distinct professional lanes. The complementary-and-alternative wording describes the broader wellness and CAM perspective that informs my educational work; it is not an Oregon-issued medical license or physician credential.
Older Vitality Nexus material may use language, framing, product information or conclusions that I would write differently now. I do not erase that history simply because my thinking became more precise. When an older piece remains useful, it should be read as part of that earlier chapter and checked against the current site, sources and professional boundaries.
Where to go now
For current practical help, start with Get the Answer. For current writing and questions I am actively pulling apart, use the Blog. If you want to understand how I reason, what I consider evidence, and how the broader wellness lens fits beside my licensed work, read Who Is Lisa Proctor?
