This is where I follow the questions that deserve more than a slogan.
Some posts are practical—food, skin, routines, everyday choices. Some are mechanism questions—DNA, oxidative stress, activation language, evidence. Some are older ideas revisited with sharper boundaries than I used when I first wrote them.
The rule is the same throughout: interesting biology is allowed to be interesting without being stretched into a miracle claim, and useful self-care is allowed to be simple without becoming another lifestyle religion.
